sellmyhouse911.com ("Sell My House 911", "we") is a referral service that connects property owners with independent local real estate investors and cash home buyers. We do not buy homes and are not a real estate broker or agent.
Information we collect
When you submit a request we collect the information you enter (property address, condition, timeline, name, and phone number), the page you submitted from, the date and time, and a record of your consent. We may also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type). Form submissions are processed by our form provider, FormSubmit.
How we use and share it
We use your information to route your request to one or more independent local real estate investors or cash home buyers, who may contact you by call or text about your request. We share your information with that business for this purpose, and may be compensated for referrals. We do not sell your information to data brokers.
Your California privacy rights
California residents may request access to or deletion of their personal information, and may opt out of sharing. To make a request, contact us at leads@sellmyhouse911.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Opting out of calls and texts
Reply STOP to any text message, or tell the caller you no longer wish to be contacted.
Retention & security
We keep request records as long as needed to provide the service, maintain consent records, and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect them.
